Join us Sunday September 25th at Ascot Hills for a Bee Walk n' Talk. This workshop will be led by Lola Salgado, an El Sereno Bee Advocate. She will share some of her knowledge regarding the 3,000 bee species living in the Pacific Southwest region and the special relationships they have with indigenous plants. We'll meet at the park amphitheater (see below for detailed directions) and set out on a short hike from there. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, plenty of drinking water, a snack, and comfortable walking shoes.

Sliding scale donation of $5 - $15. No one is turned away for lack of funds, please reach out with any questions.

Additional directions from parking lot to amphitheater:

Look for a small bathroom structure that you passed upon parking in the parking lot. Path to amphitheater is directly next to the bathroom structure and winds about 500 feet to an open space where the amphitheater is located (sun sail structure).
